Why you should service your boiler
Servicing your boiler on a regular basis ensures that your boiler is not only safe but also is running efficiently and that no parts are close to wearing out which could leave you with a cold surprise.
We recommend that you should service your boiler every 12 months. This is normally done at the start of winter, so you can also check other things like radiators do not need bleeding and everything is ready to keep you warm for winter.
All our engineers are GAS SAFE registered
Any gas appliance installed at a business premise or house will need annual maintenance and checks and they need to be done by a GAS SAFE engineer. They can also help with:
- Boiler inspection and installation
- Gas appliance installation
- Checking ventilation for gas heaters
- Carrying out annual gas fireplace checks
- Checking gas water heater valves

No, this is a fixed cost no matter how long it takes.
If you need other work after the service, we can work out what that is separately.
Will they have their own tools?
Absolutely. Gas appliance services are a specialist area, and each tradesperson will bring along all equipment needed for each job.
Depending on what it is you're asking them to do, you may need to discuss particular requirements, such as replacement components, at the time of booking.
