Everything you need to know

We charge one hour for a fixer to attend your property. If the job can be completed in the first hour, with no additional materials required, there is no additional cost. Time after the first hour is charged in 30 minute increments.

If an estimate is required, the first hour cost is still payable in order for the fixer to attend your property and quote for the job. Once an estimate is provided, you are under no obligation to accept it. Should you accept the estimate, work will progress on the agreed terms.

Your final bill will be charged when you are satisfied the work is complete.

If you decide to cancel your booking before the fixer arrives on site, then we will charge a £15 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is within 2 hours of the appointment time, we will charge the cost of 1 hour.
